Shanti from Mexico City, Mexico, is an international therapist of Osho Diamond Breath. She leads trainings, groups and individual sessions for more than 20 years.
Osho’s Diamond Breath supports you in your inner transformation. It combines deep breath-, body- and energy work and the art of meditation. These elements are becoming an essential part of professional therapy today.
Our Osho Diamond Breath Training:
Over a period of four years, we offer different levels of our training.
Each year, one of a three-week-long training guides you deeper into working with the breath. It teaches you a truly beautiful therapeutic method for holistic healing and working with people – authentically, competently and creatively.
Level 1: Osho’s Diamond Breath© BASIC TRAINING
This training is the foundation of our working with breath therapy and meditation. In three one-week-long modules, you learn the basics of Osho Diamond Breath. It is one of the most powerful methods for inner transformation. Besides your own therapeutic process, you make your first experiences in giving individual breath sessions.
Level 2: Osho’s Diamond Breath ADVANCED TRAINING (Internship)The advanced training is a step further in exploring the art, science and mystery of multidimensional breathwork. More self-experience, advanced teachings in body-psycho therapy and energy work, assisting in sharing groups and supervision by the training leaders enable you now to give a series of breath sessions.
Level 3: Osho’s Diamond Breath ASSISTANT TRAINING
The Assistant Training is for those who want to learn about facilitating breath therapy groups and like experiencing the training from a group leaders perspective. You learn in special teachings about group dynamics and how to support the individual and collective training process by leading sharing groups.
Level 4: Assistance
For this final part of the training, you will be invited. The assistants work together as a team with an ongoing feedback process and get involved in organising the training.
