Katia Boustani
Katia is the founder of Global Breathing Awareness and lives in Greece. She has dedicated her life to healing herself, her community and the world through breathwork and love.
In 2013, Leonard Orr, the creator of Rebirthing Breathwork himself, recognised Katia Boustani as Rebirthing Breath Master and Master Breathwork Trainer. It makes her one of only five people accredited by Leonard as a Master, in the whole world!
For over 30 years, Katia has been doing her part to heal the world, one person at a time.
If you want to walk firmly on the path to breath and mind mastery, start your healing journey with Katia. Whether you are on a personal journey, or you’d like to become a Rebirthing Breathwork Professional, Katia’s trainings are amongst the best in the world and facilitated in the pure linage of Leonard Orr.
“Katia dreamed up Global Breathing Awareness years ago, wanting it to eventually be a Global Directory or Forum uniting Breathers all over the world, knowing that the breath was the one tool of UNITY which we all, as inhabitants of this planet, possess.” Taken from Katia’s website, this statement says it all.
Let us all become a part of Katia’s community and experience how we are all connected through our breath. Help her with her mission of healing the world by joining one of her trainings and becoming a Breathwork practitioner; as professional and passionate about spreading love and connection as she is.
Katia is one of the most experienced, most loving and kindest facilitators out there!

Connected breathing comes under many different names:
Dr. Judith Kravitz founded Transformational Breathing® and does what Katia does: Train facilitators and make the world better. Specialised on Holotropic Breathwork™ is Diana Medina. It was created around the same time as Transformational Breathing®.
And then you find individuals Like James Beard that just breathe. Breathing doesn’t need a name, it needs to be experienced!
Maybe one day science will be able to understand and explain why connected breathing is working. Tanya Bentley dedicated her life to finding out more why breathing is so powerful
